Small beautiful vintage marked sterling religious medal - measures approximately 5/8ths of an inch tall with the bail. The back is marked Sterling BLI (BLI stands for Bliss Manufacturing). The medal is highly reflective on the back and I would presume it is rhodium plated to resist tarnish.
