Vintage Sterling Marcasite Miraculous Medal Virgin Mary Pendant or Charm

Vintage marked sterling miraculous medal pendant charm- the charm is about 3/4ths of an inch tall with the bail. The medal is marcasite with none missing- it has heavy tarnish and in uncleaned condition.
