Vintage Sterling Marcasite & Mother of Pearl Miraculous Medal Virgin Mary Pendant

Vintage marked sterling miraculous medal pendant charm- the pendant is about 5/8ths of an inch tall with the bail- this does not include the attached pendant bail. With the pendant bail- it is about 1 & 1/4ths inches tall. The medal is marcasite with none missing. The back needs polishing.
