Vintage St. Dominic and Our Lady of the Rosary Medal

Vintage religious St. Dominic medal - the back says Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Pray for US. This medal measures approximately 1 inch tall without the bail. The metal is unmarked for content- I would assume it is base metal or silver plated.
