Old Vintage White Jesus In the Blessed Sacrament 300 Days Indulgence Religious Medal

Vintage white metal religious medal- it's seems a little different then aluminum but it is a light weight white metal medal. The front says is signed with a hallmark I don't recognize - the back says Jesus In the Blessed Sacrament Have Mercy On Us 300 Days Indulgence Each Time. This medal measures approximately 1 & 1/4ths of an inch tall with the bail.
