Beautiful religious medal of the Virgin Mary on the front and a Pope on the back. I am not 100% sure which Pope this is because the picture is tiny and it is a profile view. This medal is very tiny and measures approximately 5/16ths inches tall with the bail.
Looks more like an earring to me. It's very attractive though because of the color. It is very pleasing to the eyes. :)
