Vintage Religious Madonna Queen of the Universe Don Orione Shrine Souvenir Medal

Vintage religious souvenir medal from the National Don Orione Shrine in Boston Massacusetts. The front of the medal is the Virgin Mary and says O Mary Queen of the Universe Pray For Us. The back shows the Shrine and says National Don Orione Shrine Madonna Queen of the Universe East Boston Mass. This medal measures approximately 1 & 1/4ths inches tall with the bail. It is mainly gold tone now- it appears there was silver plating on it but most of it has worn off.
