Vintage French religious medal of Our Lady of the Smile. The front of the medal says La Vierge du Sourire and shows the statue that is placed above the tomb of St Therese of Lisieux in Carmel. The back of the medal shows little Therese in bed, being visited by the Virgin Mary. This medal measures approximately 13/16ths inches tall with the bail.
