Antique Pope Leo XIII and Virgin Mary Immaculate Conception Religious Medal

Antique Catholic medal- that dates to early 1900s- possibly the very late 1800s. The front of the medal is Pope Leo XII and the back the Virgin Mary Immaculate Conception. This medal has been cleaned and measures approximately 1 & 1/8ths inches tall with the bail.
