OLD Vintage 1940s HMH STERLING Sacred Heart Medal Art Nouveau

Vintage religious sterling medal of Sacred Heart. The medal is approximately 1 & 1/16ths of an inch tall including the bail. It is marked HMH sterling on the back and has tarnish and is in uncleaned condition. PLEASE NOTE: this medal has been personalized on the back with the engraving P L 47'. This is a beautiful medal to wear.
