Vintage AFCO Military Land Sea Air USA STERLING 4 Way Cross Charm Religious Medal St Joseph Sacred Heart, St Christopher, Virgin Mary

Good condition marked ALFO sterling four way catholic medal featuring St Joseph with Jesus, Sacred Heart, St. Christopher, and the Virgin Mary. This medal measures 1 & 1/4ths of an inch tall with the bail. The back also depicts Our Lady of Mt Carmel and the Miraculous medal. The front of the medal says Land Sea Air U.S.A. - this medal dates from the 1940s. It has dark tarnish and is uncleaned. The top of the bail has a swivel in it- so it is possible this medal may have been a slide. I have seen them like this and with a slide back. It could also be that it did not come with a slide.
