Antique Old Vintage Religious medal of Our Lady of Divine Providence- the front says Honorificentia Popvli Nostri- which means You are the Honor of Our People. The back says

It is also signed B ZACCAGNINI F. or BONFIGLIO ZACCAGNINI (1793-1867). There is a reference to this medal in the British Museum Collection online- the medal is brass and was acquired in their collection in 1890- the medal is dated to 1854.
