Vintage Religious Medals

Vintage religious medal of Our Lady Star of the Sea- the front says Ave Maris Stella. The back is marked silver filled JCC - silver filled is just a heavy silver plating. This medal measures approximately 3/4ths inches in diameter without the bail.

Vintage 1950s Lourdes pilgrimage rosary - that is complete. Measures about 24 & 1/2inches long when laid flat. The beads are lovely- plastic bubble beads with our lady inside. The Pater beads are heart shaped with Sacred Heart inside. Most of these I have seen have an ornate clear crucifix on the bottom. I have seen one other of these online with this blue water receptacle crucifix on the bottom. Unfortunately after over 5o years the water in the back of the crucifix has dissipated. This rosary has it's original metal tag on it as shown.

Vintage religious St Anthony medal- the front of this medal says St Antonio de Lisboa. This medal measures approximately 3/4ths of an inch tall including the bail- and has wear and tarnish as shown. It is unmarked and untested for content. St Anthony is the patron saint for lost articles, and is credited with many miracles involving lost people and lost personal items.

Vintage religious St Michael the Archangel medal  - marked Sterling Creed on the back. This medal measures approximately 15/16ths of an inch tall with the bail. The medal has tarnish and may need cleaning or polishing.

Vintage religious medal of the Holy Spirit signed Py. The medal measures approximately 3/4ths of an inch tall with the bail. This medal is punch marked on the bail for sterling silver or silver content. The front of the medal says Veni Creator Spiritus which is Latin for Come Creator Spirit.
