Vintage Creed Blue Enamel Sterling Virgin Mary Miraculous Medal Charm

Vintage religious miraculous medal. The medal is approximately 9/16ths of an inch tall including the bail. The medal is marked Creed Sterling on the back. Two things to note: the charm is highly reflective, so I would assume it is rhodium plated to resist tarnish and this medal is charm sized.
