Vintage Uncas Miraculous Medal Ring Virgin Mary

Vintage Virgin Mary miraculous medal ring hallmarked Uncas - the ring is a 8.5 on my ring sizer. The face of the ring is 5/8ths inches tall. There is wear to this ring where brass shows through the silver plating. This is NOT a sterling silver ring.
