Vintage Blue Enamel Sterling Virgin Mary Miraculous Medal Pendant Necklace with Chain

Vintage marked sterling blue enamel miraculous medal pendant on a marked sterling chain- the pendant is about 3/4th of an inch tall including the bail. The medal is sterling with a blue enamel inset and comes with what was probably the original chain. The chain is marked sterling on the clasp and does have tarnish just like the medal. The chain measures approximately 18 inches long.
