RARE Vintage French St Margaret the Virgin Religious Medal St Margarita

Vintage religious medal of St Margaret the Virgin- the medal is most likely silver plated. The medal measures approximately 7/8ths of an inch tall including the bail. It is marked Penin and something else on the bottom on the bottom, that I can't make out.
