Vintage Religious Medals

Vintage marked STERLING THEDA miraculous medal pendant- the pendant is about 7/8ths of an inch tall without the bail and the attached pendant bail. There are no missing marcasites. The cameo is carved abalone and the back is very shiny so I would assume it is rhodium plated to resist tarnish. The chain is also marked sterling on the clasp and measures approximately 18 inches long.

Vintage marked STERLING religious miraculous medal - measures approximately 5/8ths of an inch tall without the bail.  This is a very small medal- more charm sized then medal size. Very sweet and petite.

Vintage marked sterling THEDA miraculous medal pendant charm- the pendant is about 1 inch tall with the bail- it is 1 & 1/4ths inches tall with the attached pendant bail at the top. There are no missing marcasites, and just needs a little gentle cleaning.

Antique paper lace with crocheted plastic encased aluminum miraculous medal and cloth relics. The relics are written on the back. This item measures 2 & 3/4ths inches tall including the paper lace card.

Old Vintage- Antique fabric scapular with brown felt back. This scapular is beautiful! Each scapular piece is 2 & 9/16ths inches tall by 2 inches across. This scapular appears to be unused as it is still sewn on to the cardboard card.

VINTAGE marked STERLING four way catholic medal featuring St Joseph with Jesus, Sacred Heart, St. Christopher, and the Virgin Mary. This medal measures 1 & 9/16ths of an inch tall with the bail. The back of the medal says I AM A CATHOLIC KINDLY CALL A PRIEST. This is a beautiful medal in uncleaned, tarnished condition.

Beautiful marked Italy blue enamel Miraculous Medal- this medal measures approximately 13/16ths inches tall with the bail. The metal on this medal is a goldtone or almost coppery brass colored. Very pretty.

OLD Vintage religious miraculous medal on a cross - measures approximately 1 & 1/16ths inches tall with the bail. This medal is gold tone (gold colored base metal).

Beautiful marked Italy blue enamel Miraculous Medal- this medal measures approximately 13/16ths inches tall with the bail. It is not marked for content- but this medal does not react to a magnet and so it may have silver content. It is untested however. This medal is tarnished as shown.

Vintage crucifix with the Sacred Heart and Miraculous Medal attached on either side of the crucifix. The back of this crucifix says Father Forgive Them, and Behold this Heart which has so Loved Men. This crucifix measures approximately 1 & 3/8ths inches tall with the bail. This is a goldtone medal and it could use a light gentle cleaning.

Vintage unmarked cut out religious Miraculous medal - measures approximately 1 & 3/16ths of an inch tall with the bail. The brass is showing through on some of the high points- particularly on Our Lady's hands.

 Good condition vintage miraculous medal. This medal measures 1 & 3/8ths inches tall with the bail. I did clean this medal- because it was too dirty for pictures. It is still tarnished somewhat, but the high points are shiny now. You may want to clean it more or less. This would be beautiful as a pendant or on a charm bracelet.

Vintage marked Creed sterling religious Virgin Mary cut out Miraculous medal - measures approximately 15/16ths of an inch tall with the bail. This charm is adorned with marcasites with none missing. Also this charm or pendant is very shiny so I would assume it is rhodium plated to resist tarnish.

Vintage marked sterling religious miraculous medal - measures approximately 1 & 1/16ths inch tall with the bail. This medal could use some cleaning and polishing. The really neat thing I like about this cut out Miraculous medal is the cross at the top.

Vintage marked sterling religious miraculous medal - measures approximately 1 & 9/16ths inch tall with the bail. This medal weighs 11.2 grams. This is an older miraculous medal, in a very beautiful art nouveau style. It is very heavily tarnished and I have not attempted to clean it.
