Vintage STERLING Virgin Mary Miraculous Medal with Small Cross at the Top

Vintage marked sterling religious miraculous medal - measures approximately 1 & 1/16ths inch tall with the bail. This medal could use some cleaning and polishing. The really neat thing I like about this cut out Miraculous medal is the cross at the top.
